Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use TraceFarm. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. TraceFarm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free Trial
TraceFarm offers a 60-day free trial for new users. A valid credit card is required to start your trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the 60-day trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel your trial at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@tracefarm.eu. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged and your access will end at the conclusion of the 60-day period.
Service Description
TraceFarm is a farm management platform that provides tools for record-keeping, finances, regulatory compliance, subsidy tracking, and expert agricultural guidance. The platform is designed to help farmers organize their operations and meet EU regulatory requirements. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TraceFarm only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to upload malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users. Commercial resale of TraceFarm services without our written permission is prohibited.
Payment and Billing
TraceFarm offers a 60-day free trial for new users. A valid credit card is required to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the service. TraceFarm uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and reliability, but does not guarantee specific uptime levels. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
TraceFarm and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Veloxoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your farm data remains your property. You grant TraceFarm a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Your Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all farm data you enter into TraceFarm. This includes crop records, financial information, compliance documents, and any other data you provide. TraceFarm processes your data solely on your behalf to provide our services — we never sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time through your account settings in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We are committed to ensuring you always have control over and access to your own agricultural records.
Limitation of Liability
TraceFarm provides agricultural management tools and information for convenience and efficiency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our services. TraceFarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. TraceFarm may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but you have a 30-day window to export your data. During this 30-day period, you can access your account solely to download your farm records, financial data, and compliance documents. After the 30-day export window, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except for records we are legally required to retain for tax and regulatory compliance purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TraceFarm shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
